Coffee Brewing Tips
V60 — Medium-fine grind, 92°C water, 1:15 ratio. Bloom 30s with 40ml. The slower the pour, the more the buttery pecan notes open up. Avoid water above 94°C — it can sharpen the nut notes into bitterness.
Drip Machine — Medium grind, 1:16 ratio. Use filtered water. Add a splash of warm milk straight into the cup — it rounds out the pecan and amplifies the buttery finish without overpowering the coffee.
Cold Brew — Coarse grind, 1:7 ratio, steep 14–16 hrs refrigerated. Butter Pecan cold brew is one of the few flavoured coffees that works beautifully over ice with just a touch of oat milk — no syrup, no sugar needed.
French Press — Coarse grind, 93°C water, 1:14 ratio, 4 min steep. Press slowly. The full immersion method brings out the deepest pecan warmth — ideal if you prefer a heavier-bodied cup.
